As part of the investment program of 2018, PJSC MOESK (part of Rosseti group of companies) introduced 683,784 MVA of capacity in Moscow. The implementation of the investment program is aimed at improving the reliability and quality of power supply to consumers. New power facilities were introduced in almost all districts of Moscow.

After reconstruction, over 25 km of high-voltage power lines, 173 transformer substations, and also 479.274 km of cable and overhead power lines of 0.4–20 kV were included in the work.

For example, in the CJSC of Moscow for power supply in the Skolkovo IC the power engineers built a new generation power supply center - the first in the Moscow region digital substation (SS) 110 kV Medvedevskaya, which is one of the key investment projects of PJSC MOESK. The transformer capacity of the substation is 2x80 MVA with the possibility of increasing to 2x100 MVA.

In the Northern Administrative District, the reconstruction of the Dynamo - Grazhdanskaya cable line (CL) ended, after which the capacity of the line increased, as well as the reliability of power supply to consumers. This facility was especially important on the eve of the World Cup, as from the Dynamo SS electric power was provided to the football players training ground at the CSKA stadium.

Measures have been implemented for utility connection of objects of city order, including more than 40 residential buildings, 21 educational objects, 9 health facilities, 14 metro stations, including 4 stations in Prefecture of Troitsky and Novomoskovsky Administrative Districts. In addition, in 2018, 183 facilities of the “Doing business” category were issued.

In the plans of 2019, connection to the grids of 20 socially significant objects, 5 metro stations (Okskaya, Yugo-Vostochnaya, Stolbovo, Kommunarka, Lianozovo), 60 residential developments, including as part of the renovation program and the buildings of the Tretyakov Gallery and the Polytechnic Museum.

In Prefecture of Troitsky and Novomoskovsky Administrative Districts, power engineers completed the second stage of modernization of the 110 kV Troitskaya substation. A new modern equipment was installed at the power supply center, which provided reliable power supply to the city of Troitsk, life support facilities, industrial enterprises, public and residential buildings for consumers, as well as infrastructure facilities.

According to the results of 2018, A.Yu. Bocharov, head of the construction department of Moscow, sent thanks to the address of P.A. Sinyutina, General Director of PJSC MOESK, where he expressed sincere gratitude to the entire team of the company for high professionalism, active participation in the commissioning of facilities built as part of the Targeted Investment Program of the city of Moscow for 2018-2021. He expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation in fulfilling the tasks of construction and commissioning of housing and social infrastructure facilities in Moscow.
