About the Project
The MOESK-EV project started in February 2012, when the first charging station for electric cars was opened. The results of this project were used in the basis of the All-Russian Program for Development of Electric Car Infrastructure for the Period Through 2020, implemented by PJSC Rosseti.
The MOESK-EV chain has Mode 3 charging stations (Mennekes and Euro-socket connectors), and two express stations.
Development of charging infrastructure for electric transport in the capital region is being carried out in cooperation with departments and ministries of the Governments of Moscow and Moscow Region.

Receiving MOESK-EV Client Card
Access to charge stations is provided with the help of MOESK-EV special client card, which can be obtained for free in the company’s Central Customer Service Office. To receive the client card, you need to:
- provide your passport and vehicle registration papers;
- fill out the application form;
- receive the MOESK-EV Client Card, that the company’s specialist will activate for you.
