The Southern Electric Grids, the branch of PJSC “MOESK” (subsidiary of JSC “Rosseti”), ensured the electrical power supply of the elevator building plant in Serpukhov.
The activities related to the technological connection of Serpukhov Elevator Plant LLC, the hi-tech enterprise for production of elevators of the increased comfort, involved the construction of the external switchgear and control gear external installation 10 kV, five transformer substations with the total installed capacity of 18 MW and laying of more than 4 km of cable lines.
The peak capacity requested is 6.2 MW, which is thought to ensure the production of up to 15,000 elevators per year. The highly reliable electric power supply is organized using two dual power sources. This can be accounted for by the three-shift operation of the enterprise, at which more than 700 people work nowadays.
The total project investments exceeded RUR 137 mln.
