To recommend to the General Director of PJSC “MOESK” to ensure the conclusion of a contract between PJSC “MOESK” and PJSC “IDGC of the North Caucasus” on the following essential conditions:
Parties of the Contract:
PJSC "MOESK" - Contractor; PJSC "IDGC of the North Caucasus", - Customer.
Subject of the Contract:
Under the contract, the Contractor undertakes, on the instructions of the Customer, to repair the electric grid equipment in the area of responsibility of the Derbent Hydroelectric Power Station, Tabasaran Distribution Zone, Kaitagsky Distribution Zone of JSC "Dagestan Grid Company" and submit the results of the work performed to the Customer, and the Customer agrees to accept the results of the work and pay for them.
The volume of work performed, as well as the requirements for it, are determined in the “Terms of Reference for the performance of work” in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this decision of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Contract Price:
The marginal cost of work under the contract is 197 567 905 (One hundred ninety seven million five hundred sixty seven thousand nine hundred and five) rubles. 94 kopecks, Including VAT (20%) 32 927 984 (Thirty two million nine hundred twenty seven thousand nine hundred eighty four) rubles. 32 kopecks.

Seller shall transfer ownership of the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer shall appropriately accept and pay for the goods, the quantity, assortment and value of which are agreed by the authorized representatives of the Parties in the specifications signed by the Parties and which are an integral part of the contract in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to this decision of the Board of Directors of the Company . If there is a need for additional deliveries of goods, the quantity, assortment and its value are agreed by the Parties by signing new specifications and concluding Additional Agreements, which are also an integral part of the contract.
