Carry out early redemption of documentary interest non-convertible stock bearer bonds of series BO-08 with obligatory centralized storage of PJSC MOESK, issue identification number 4B02-08-65116-D dated July 09, 2013, international securities identification number (ISIN) RU000A0JWEZ8 ) (hereinafter referred to as Commercial Bonds), on the date of the end of the 6th (sixth) coupon period (04/25/2019). at the discretion of the issuer, in accordance with subparagraph B) of paragraph 9.5.2 of the Decision on the issue of Exchange Traded Bonds.
In accordance with subparagraph С) of paragraph 9.5.2 of the Decision on the issue of Exchange Traded Bonds:
- Exchange bonds are repaid ahead of schedule on the outstanding part of the nominal value. In this case the coupon income is paid for the 6th (sixth) coupon period.
