The corporate governance system of PJSC "Rosseti Moscow Region" is formed in accordance with the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code approved by the decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia dated 21.03.2014 and recommended for use by the Letter of the Bank of Russia No. 06-52/2463 dated 10.04.2014, the requirements of the existing legislation of the Russian Federation, the Charter and internal documents of the Company, as well as based on the Company's obligations in connection with its business in securities on the Russian stock market.
The Company strives to comply with the principles of corporate governance enshrined in the Corporate Governance Code of the Bank of Russia.
Competence of the Committee for the Grid Connection to the Electric Networks
- monitoring of the Company’s activity regarding the issues of the grid connection of consumers to the distribution electric networks, including contract work and general connection statistics taking into account separate consumers’ groups;
- proposals working out regarding improvement of procedures, transparency increase and terms reduction of arrangements of the grid connection of consumers to the Company’s distribution electric networks;
- working out of recommendations for the solving of the most topical complaints and applications, incoming regarding the issues of the grid connection to the Company’s distribution electric networks;
- assistance for prevention and suppression of abusing in the sphere of the grid connection to the Company’s electric networks;
- working out of proposals regarding the main indicators, influencing activity efficiency for the grid connection and providing of non-discriminatory access to the services of consumers’ grid connection to the electric networks;
- analysis of the Company’s activity in the frames of realization of federal target programs;
- working out of proposals regarding the issues of interaction with consumers and improvement of mechanisms of applications consideration, which come from the consumers;
- introduction of proposals regarding improvement of legal and regulatory framework of the Government of the Russian Federation;
- other issues under the instruction of the Company’s Board of Directors.

Regarding the Agenda Item: “On considering the results of the annual economies attractiveness rating published by the World Bank on the Doing Business website on October 29, 2014”
The Committee for Technological Connection to Power Grids passed an unanimous resolution:
1. Recommend to the Board of Directors of JSC “Moscow United Electric Grid Company” to pass the following resolution:
1.1. Take note of the information provided with regard to the actions performed by the Company with a view to improving the figures of “connection to the electrical power supply system” in the Doing Business rating of the Russian Federation given by the World Bank in 2014.
1.2. Approve the action plan under the program for assessing the 2016 Doing Business rating of the Russian Federation given by the World Bank in 2015 with a view to increasing the “connection to the electrical power supply system” rating of the Russian Federation in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this resolution.
1.3. Approve the scheme of the process of technological connection of power receiving devices to electric grids of JSC “Moscow United Electric Grid Company” with the connecting capacity of up to 150 kW in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the resolution.
1.4. Instruct the General Director of JSC “Moscow United Electric Grid Company” to:
1.4.1. ensure that the scheme of the process of technological connection of power receiving devices to electric grids of JSC “Moscow United Electric Grid Company” with the connecting capacity of up to 150 kW is approved by December 4, 2014, in accordance with clause 3 of the resolution.
1.4.2. ensure monitoring of implementation of the process of technological connection of power receiving devices to electric grids of JSC “Moscow United Electric Grid Company” with the connecting capacity of up to 150 kW.
2. Instruct the management of JSC “Moscow United Electric Grid Company” to submit for consideration to the Committee for Technological Connection to Power Grids of the Board of Directors of JSC “Moscow United Electric Grid Company” a quarterly report on implementation of the action plan under the program for assessing the 2016 Doing Business rating of the Russian Federation given by the World Bank in 2015 with a view to increasing the “connection to the electrical power supply system” rating of the Russian Federation.
