Committee on technological connections to electric networks

The corporate governance system of PJSC "Rosseti Moscow Region" is formed in accordance with the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code approved by the decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia dated 21.03.2014 and recommended for use by the Letter of the Bank of Russia No. 06-52/2463 dated 10.04.2014, the requirements of the existing legislation of the Russian Federation, the Charter and internal documents of the Company, as well as based on the Company's obligations in connection with its business in securities on the Russian stock market.

The Company strives to comply with the principles of corporate governance enshrined in the Corporate Governance Code of the Bank of Russia.

Competence of the Committee for the Grid Connection to the Electric Networks

  1. monitoring of the Company’s activity regarding the issues of the grid connection of consumers to the distribution electric networks, including contract work and general connection statistics taking into account separate consumers’ groups;
  2. proposals working out regarding improvement of procedures, transparency increase and terms reduction of arrangements of the grid connection of consumers to the Company’s distribution electric networks;
  3. working out of recommendations for the solving of the most topical complaints and applications, incoming regarding the issues of the grid connection to the Company’s distribution electric networks;
  4. assistance for prevention and suppression of abusing in the sphere of the grid connection to the Company’s electric networks;
  5. working out of proposals regarding the main indicators, influencing activity efficiency for the grid connection and providing of non-discriminatory access to the services of consumers’ grid connection to the electric networks;
  6. analysis of the Company’s activity in the frames of realization of federal target programs;
  7. working out of proposals regarding the issues of interaction with consumers and improvement of mechanisms of applications consideration, which come from the consumers;
  8. introduction of proposals regarding improvement of legal and regulatory framework of the Government of the Russian Federation;
  9. other issues under the instruction of the Company’s Board of Directors.
