- Mozhaisky
- Volokolamsky.
Since January 1, 2008 eight distribution zones of Western electric grids began their work on the territorial basis. Their main goal is to provide uninterrupted power supply by means of 35-220 kV substation technical service and distribution networks of 0.4-10 kV not exceeding the norms of technological losses.
Goals and technical characteristics:
The main goal is to provide the reliable power supply of the consumers within the responsibility zone and services rendering directed to connection to power grids. Today, Western electric networks actively carry out the construction and reconstruction of main substation and also of the power transmission lines in the west of the Moscow region where one can observe the dynamic construction of many industrial and socially important objects.
Western electric networks (WEN) branch of OJSC “MOESK” provides service to 95 thousand of c.u. of power grids equipment on the territory of 8 administrative districts of Moscow region of total area more than 10 thousand square km.
Amount of equipment, lines length being on the branch balance:
103 high voltage substations of 35/110/220 kV and 5,358 transformer substations; the high voltage lines length accounts for 04/6/10kV – nearly 13 thousand km, 35/110/220 kV – 3,196 k; 35kV cable lines length is nearly 122 km.
