The goal of OJSC “MOESK” social policy is the creation of additional motivation for the workers and their aiming at the long-term work in the Company.

The company implements the programs directed to the improvement of medical aid quality, decrease of illnesses and losses connected with it, as well as prevention programs of the most important groups of illnesses.
The workers of the company are the participants of the program of the voluntary medical insurance by the agreement with the Moscow branch “Health and life Stock insurance company “Energogarant”

Organisation of resort treatment, rest and health of the workers of the company and their children
- With the goal to organize the resort treatment and rest of the workers of OJSC “MOESK” the Company puts into force the Regulation on the order of giving out (workers acquisition) of reduced cost tickets to the health resorts and holiday centers and summer camps for the personnel of OJSC “MOESK”
Organisation of the additional retirement benefits system
- Non-governmental retirement benefits to the workers of OJSC “MOESK” are carried out on the basis of the electric power fund the correspondent agreements are signed with.
- Non-governmental retirement benefits to the workers are given in accordance with the Program approved by the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Sports program
- Physical culture and sports is one of the essential constituent parts of the healthy life, that’s why it is important to make the workers and the members of their family, do sports exercises regularly. First and foremost goal of OJSC “MOSEK” social policy is the creation of the necessary conditions to it. The annual local sports competitions among the power engineers of the Moscow region are carried out. Its participants are sportsmen of all the branches of OJSC “MOESK”.
Charity and sponsor activity
- In 2005 OJSC “MOESK” created the corporate committee, one of which goals is the forming of major directions of the policy of the Company concerning the participation in the charity and sponsor programs.
- The activity directed to the rendering of the charity and sponsor help is regulated by the Regulation on the order of Charity (sponsor) help of OJSC “MOESK”, approved by the decision of the Board of Directors as of November 11, 2006 (Minutes No. 35 as of November 11, 2006).
Pensioners and veterans care
OJSC “MOESK” renders material help to retired persons and the participants of the Great Patriotic War and workers on the home front during Great Patriotic War years, former underage victims of the fascism and participants of the battles. All in all, in 2009 RUR 7.8 million was rendered to these purposes.
Disable persons and the participants of Great Patriotic War as well as retired persons of OJSC “MOESK” get necessary medical help. The costs for free of charge medical service of the pensioners in 2009 accounted for RUR 4 million.
Non-working pensioners possess the right of the reduced cost vauchers acquisition in the branches of the Company within the limits of the allocated amounts for rest and health resorts treatment.

Retired persons can get the ambulance, clinic and dentist treatment (except for dental prosthetics) in LLC “Centrsoyuza Hospital”, which is located: City of Moscow, 57 Gilyarovskogo street (Prospect Mira subway station, phone number 684-12-98). Applying to the hospital the retired persons shall have their passport.

Partial compensation of the costs of medical treatment and the rest of the workers of the Company in accordance with the current “Regulation on the order of issue (acquisition by the workers) of reduced cost tickets to the health resorts, holiday centers and summer camps, for rehabilitation restorative activities of OJSC “MOESK” which is brought to the notice of Small generating complex and Moscow regional organization “Electroprofsoyuz”.
6.1.6. Once during the calendar year in case the worker got the vocation, he/she gets the remuneration payment in the amount of the tariff rate (position wages).
6.1.7. Payment of all the amounts established by the legislation:
- in case of birth (adoption) of a child in the amount of 10 minimal wages of the Russian Federation;
- during the registration of marriage (if the marriage is first) – in the amount of 5 minimal wages of the Russian Federation.
6.1.8. If the worker is fired by his/her own will after the determination of the labor pension (in condition that before the settlement of the labor pension the worker was in the labor relations with the Worker) in the amount of 1 minimum wage established by the legislation of the Russian Federation for each worked out year in the organizations of the electric power complex, if the record of service is more than 5 years, but it shall not exceed 30 minimum wages amounts established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.1.12. Monthly payment in the amount of three minimal wages to the women being on parental leave if the child is less than 3 years.
6.1.13. Partial compensation of vouchers to the health camps to all the children of the workers of the Company in accordance with the current “Regulation on the order of issue (acwuisition by the worker) of the reduced cost vouchers to health resorts, holiday centers and summer camps to the personnel and fir the rehabilitation activities of OJSC “MOESK”.
Presentation of free of charge vouchers to summer camps to all children in the families possessing two and more underage children, invalid children including non-complete families.
6.1.16. Voluntary medical insurance of workers and industrial accidents insurance.
6.1.20. Payment to workers being in the electric power industry at least 15 years and retired, by the dates beginning with 60 years anniversary for women and 65 for men, of the material benefit in the amount of 1 minimum monthly wage in each 5 years.
6.1.21. Delivery of the personnel to the place of work in case there is public transport failure.
6.1.22. Organization of the sports competitions in the company with the purpose of the treatment of the workers.
Presentation to all the persons who are willing the vouchers which allow to attend gyms and water pools with the partial payment of the cost for subscribers within the means determined by the business plan of the Company.
6.1.23. Material benefits and compensations to the persons participating in Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, who were underage victims of the fascism, participants of he battles, participants of the labor front during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 according to the current Regulations.
6.1.24. Annual payment for acquisition by technicians and observing electricians of the footwear for carrying out of the administrative obligations in the amount of no more than RUR 3,000.
6.1.10. Free support of the workers children in pre-school educational institutions and summer camps in families where the amount of the revenue per one member of the family does not exceed the living minimum in Moscow.
