Goals

Goal No.1. Reaching of maximum sufficient tariff for the long term perspective of power transmission

  • High-quality preparation of documents for tariffs protection. All the documents presented to power committees and tariffs federal agency are to be supported by the calculations.

  • Work with Moscow and the Moscow region authorities directed to the tariff calculation transition to RAB system.

  • To work together with Federal Grid Company on necessity of tariffs counting transition to RAB system.

  • To show the public and regional power committees the consequences of programs insufficient financing resulted from less-than-necessary price for power transition tariffs settlement.

Goal No.2 Industry efficiency increase

  • Branches consolidation together with distribution zones creation.

  • Creation of operational-dispatching office in the Company

  • Development and improvement of the Company’s industrial funds

  • Main substations modernization

  • New construction of main substations and the grids of all the levels of capacity

  • Decrease of losses to technically justified norms in low and medium voltage grids;

  • Construction of medium voltage grids with the possibility to back up the consumer in case of cut-off due to high voltage.

  • Company supply system improvement

  • Establishment of the material assets purchases system and outside organization services for industrial needs on the basis of the regulated procedures

  • Timely and sufficient supply of the company with necessary personnel possessing labor potential of the required quality.

Goal No.3 Company management high quality level achievement

  • Strategic company management system creation

  • Business processes engineering including the centralization of separate processes.

  • Corporate information system creation, Automatic system for commercial accounting of power consumption modernization and development, and connection system improvement.

  • Client demand creation

  • Personal management system improvement, including the system of the company’s staff encouragement based on KPI system.

  • Creation, certification, improvement of the quality management system in accordance with quality management international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and 18001 OH SAS specification.
