High-Voltage Cable Networks (VKS) took the second place of honor in the category “For Reducing Rate of Industrial Injuries and Occupational Illnesses in Production Industry Companies”.

The contest is intended to attract community’s attention to employers’ social responsibility. This year sees the contest being held for the sixth time. Organizers of the Best Moscow’s Employer contest, which is a part of the All-Russian Contest, include the Government of Moscow, Moscow Federation of Trade Unions and Moscow Confederation of Manufacturers and Businessmen. This year, the contest judges faced quite a challenge – to choose winners among hundreds of the Best Employer contestants.

Winners award ceremony was held November 12 this year in the Big Concert Hall of the Government of Moscow.

The cup, the diploma and the medal of the contest prize winner were presented to VKS representatives: Sergey Urvachev, HR CEO, Viktor Masalov, head of the service of occupational safety and production control, and Inna Sokolova, chairman of the trade union committee.

The just reward presented to the company’s subsidiary emphasizes once again that PJSC MOESK pays great attention to preventing industrial injuries and to labor safety.
